Starting Your Day

I think I’m going to START my day with stretching, yoga, and a workout. If I start the day being productive, I typically conduct the rest of my day in the same manner. This will hopefully give me a more consistent day to day schedule now that classes are over. I’ve been working out in my back deck with beats on my speaker, surrounded by plants, listening to the birds and cicadas, and a yoga mat at my feet. So calming. Time for coffee and toast 💪
